Phelps Chapel UMC is part of the Susquehanna Conference, a Pennsylvania conference of the United Methodist Church. We are located at 68 Phelps Chapel Road in Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania at the gateway to the beautiful Pine Creek Valley. We have been proudly serving our Lord since 1854.
